  1. Make public projects on Gitlab free of charge

Gemnasium is a strong believer in open source, and want to help the development community as much as possible. For this reason, much like your support for GitHub and Bitbucket, please, make public projects on https://gitlab.com free of charge.

We are releasing Gemnasium Enterprise (GEE) 1.4 this week, with Java support. We are now focusing on bringing GEE new UI to gemnasium.com
This new version will allow to have Gitlab.com public projects free of charge.

    • Sorting options

When listing the project’s dependencies, it would be nice to be able to sort by Status (red first, then yellow, green) and/or Language (Ruby/Javascript).

      • multiple branches badges

Let users display badges for the branch of their choice. The branch name should part of the url (at least as a url parameter).

          • API

I think that you should expose a public api. I've dug into the ruby gem to find out how you make the request, but it would be nice to have some documentation on it.

            • allow us to create multiple projects out of the same code repo

We would like to track Gems for our core branches in our app (master and production at least), to see whether gems need to be updated in each.

Right now this is not possibe.
