We have started to rewrite the toolbelt, and the next version will exit with a code 1 if there are advisories concerning your project.
We would like to track Gems for our core branches in our app (master and production at least), to see whether gems need to be updated in each.

Let users display badges for the branch of their choice. The branch name should part of the url (at least as a url parameter).11 votes
I think that you should expose a public api. I've dug into the ruby gem to find out how you make the request, but it would be nice to have some documentation on it.4 votes
The API is currently under development. Although it is open in beta.
